Woodlawn Central is a multi-phase development spanning 8.5 acres on Chicago’s South Side, with 800+ residential units, a hotel, 215,000 sq ft of commercial space, and an estimated 800 jobs across construction and permanent positions.
The multi-phase development will include housing, hospitality, retail, dining, office space, and community amenities, creating hundreds of jobs while investing directly back into the neighborhood.
